It has a kitchen with fridge / stove / oven / double sink, a bathroom with toilet / sink / shower, a small furnace, plus table and seating areas that make into (3) beds. As well, there is an overhead bunk (that also folds up and has doors, so the area can be used for storage if preferred). The outside pullout shade on the door side is wornout.
Size is approximately 8ft w x 8.5ft h x 15ft long.
It belonged to my parents who have both passed. I am now the owner, but have never used it. I am giving it away for $1, but you must move it (very soon) as I have sold the residential property. It needs the (4) tires inflated (or replaced). As well, the covers for many of the (outside) lights are missing.
Inside has some stuff that I have to move out, and there is some dust / dirt on things.
The price is $1.
Because of people who say they are interested, but don't show up, it will be sold to the first person who commits **and** gets it moved off the property.
