We’re currently hiring Painters for the Spring and Summer season. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement within the company. We place a strong emphasis on building a positive, motivated team culture. That means working hard, supporting one another, and enjoying team events and company outings throughout the summer. No prior painting experience is required — we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure every team member is set up for success.
Painter Position:
Painters play a key role in delivering high-quality work for our clients. We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, open to feedback, and motivated to perform at a high level. This role offers performance-based pay, valuable trade skills, and the benefit of working outdoors throughout the summer.
Qualifications:
- Access to reliable transportation (having your own vehicle is an asset)
- Availability to work most of the summer (May–August)
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting ladders and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality results
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
