We are expanding our remote team and looking for professional, reliable and sociable appointment setters.
We prioritize genuine human connection. If you are a persuasive communicator who enjoys the art of conversation and wants a stable $20/hour base (starting) with significant bonus potential, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outreach to schedule high-value consultations for our real estate partners.
Learn and use our prospecting process to find the right people to reach.
Cultivate and maintain long-term rapport with our partners by representing their businesses well, through personalized and professional interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have a strong command of the English language and can pivot conversations naturally.
- You are organized, respectful, and understand how to represent a clients' brand and relationships with professionalism.
- You excel in a remote setting, managing your schedule effectively without micromanagement.
- Available Monday–Friday during standard US business hours (Note: We observe US holidays; Non US, Canadian holidays are standard workdays).
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated high-speed internet connection.
- Modern computer/laptop capable of multitasking.
- Quality headset or noise-canceling earphones.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and WhatsApp is essential.
Compensation:
Guaranteed Starting Base of $20 per hour.
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to client success and retention.
Portfolio Growth: Our model involves managing up to 8 accounts (roughly 1 hour per partner daily), ensuring you can focus on excellence rather than rushing through a list.
