Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Diamond Specialist / Key Account Manager to manage and grow wholesale relationships with jewelry retailers. This role requires deep diamond knowledge, strong relationship management, and a proven ability to close high-value orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow assigned key retail accounts
• Conduct in-person visits to jewelry stores to present diamond and jewelry offerings
• Advise clients on diamond quality, pricing, and assortment planning
• Secure purchase orders and drive repeat business
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Track sales performance, forecasts, and client needs
• Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
• Proven experience in diamond or fine jewelry sales (wholesale or retail)
• Strong understanding of diamonds (4Cs, certification, pricing)
• Demonstrated success managing key accounts and closing high-value deals
• Existing relationships within jewelry retail stores preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Willingness to travel for in-person client visits
