I have a furnished room available in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor of a building on the west end of the financial district. Grocery and CTrain are both within a couple blocks, 5 minute walk from Eau Claire Park. Tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Utilities/internet included. Coin laundry in the building. Smoking on the balcony only. Guests are fine (once restrictions lift) but things need to get mellow after 10pm for noise. Parking is an additional $75/month. No pets. No hard drugs.

I am a progressive, mid-twenties, LGBTQ+, 420-positive, moderately introverted vegetarian (though I don't mind meat in the house)-into health-stuff and writing/playing music. Looking for someone respectful and responsible.
