I am looking for a room mate to share my condo unit in this centrally located downtown building March 1st 2026. Can be either Male or female . Walking distance to almost everything - C-train, grocery stores . liquor stores , 17th Avenue , banks etc. The building has a fitness center and a pool besides a concierge and 24 hour security . Insuite washer / dryer is also available . The rent will be 700 dollars per month with 1 month damage deposit
About myself - I am down to earth person who enjoys a normal life . I work professionally downtown , clean and easy going . I do not like too much drama.
