I just happen to have much bigger space than I really need and there was a time when I wish I had this kind of offer to accelerate my recovery that got me to where I am not, and where I will be in the financially freer future which I'm cautiously excited about. If you are open-minded and determined enough to take advantage of this life-hack wise to stabilize your life faster and give a little edge against inflationary world we live in, let's see if we hit it off enough to be comfortable and confident about one another to make this happen. Words is that El Nino on steroid is coming for us summer heat wise even if the temperature is nice nowadays, so if you also want cost effective way to combat this food for thought.

Guy in early 30s. All I ask is that you have a manageable life drama (I don't mind helping others if it doesn't cost me too much but I do guard my interest zealously someone has to smh lol), no kids, no drugs (odorless weed edibles potentially ok but need to build trust and may not be guaranteed), no smoking and no pets.
