EXPECTATIONS

No pets, no smoking. We are looking for fairly quiet and very clean people like ourselves that will treat our home like their own.

40% Utilities. 1 year lease agreement or more. Rent must be paid on the first day of move in date each month as well as a damage deposit (one month’s rent as per Alberta standard). A detailed inspection will be done upon move in and move out to protect both landlord and tenant and both will be provided a copy of same.

You will be responsible for the snow in your area of parking provided to you.

Any and all damage such as water leaks, etc must be reported to landlord immediately.

We would like to do monthly checks to make sure space is being cleaned and no significant damage in coordination with you. We will also need access to breaker/ water heater but will of course notify and check in for same.

Please be prepared to provide employment details, paystubs, desired start date + length of stay. Full ID, references (previous landlord as well) and credit checks may be required. Other supporting documents may be required prior to signing the lease agreement at the landlord’s discretion.
