Job Duties:
Process customer purchases using cash registers, POS systems, and electronic payment terminals.
Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol purchases.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product information.
Handle cash, credit card, debit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow cash handling procedures.
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain product displays.
Receive and check incoming inventory shipments and assist with inventory organization.
Ensure pricing labels and promotional displays are accurate and up to date.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area and store environment.
Assist customers with product selection and provide information about available products.
Handle customer complaints and refer complex issues to supervisors or management.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol sales regulations.
