Job Duties:
*Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
*Assign sales workers to duties.
*Prepare staff schedules for review and approval by the manager.
*Authorize the return of merchandise.
*Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
*Maintain specified inventory and list of products that need to be ordered.
*Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.
*Train new sales staff.
*Assess staff performance and complete evaluation report.
*Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
*Ensure that the cashier’s close-out report is balanced for the day.
Education Requirements: Completion of high school education is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience required
