Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage all store operations at mart, including strategic planning, ensuring smooth and effective daily functions beyond typical supervisory duties.
- Lead, assign, and supervise staff while directly overseeing recruitment, hiring, and development, demonstrating a leadership role that extends beyond daily supervision.
- Resolve complex customer service issues, supply shortages, and operational disruptions, ensuring high-quality customer experience and overall store efficiency.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, sales potential, and competitor impact, shaping store strategies and driving competitive advantage.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales, inventory, payroll, and personnel matters, providing insights to support decision-making at an executive level.
