I am an active retired bookkeeper that has many talents hidden behind the facade of accounting and business organization. I have owned revenue property with over 30 years of experience, maintained each of them from painting to plumbing and major clean ups, looking after new tenants before their arrival, after their tenancy and have vacated. I enjoy doing my tasks and work best on my own and take pride in doing whatever my job is. I have a great deal of patience, I am reliable, and an independent thinker outside the box in doing whatever I have been asked to do. I particularly enjoy working on my own to get the job done in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. I have experience in repairing leaking copper pipes, small electrical repairs on lamps, odds and ends, and actually do my own oil changes, and have hauled trailers long distances, so I have automotive experience driving long vehicles and dragging trailers. No job is too small for me. If you need me to organize a tool shed, linen and or clothing closets, I will make it my mission to do the best job possible, cleaning up and organizing everything and anything, is what I do. If you need a personal courier, or a truck, just ask. If you need me to feed an elder, just ask. If you need a quick meal, or several, just ask. If organization matters to you it matters to me.
