This opportunity is a straight forward investment, in the building of a new Condo building in Victoria BC Canada.

You will be just providing the finance only !

You will not be buying a Condo ,just providing some of the construction investment

Permits are already in place and the property has already been excavated and work started.

We intend to add a further 6 units on the top floor and currently working on new plans to accommodate this.

Your investment would be to purchase one share at a cost $125,000 per share which pays interest per year of 10%

There is no management fee, involved just a straight forward purchase of investment shares which total 30 shares in total .

You can buy a minimum of 1 up to a maximum of 30.

This will provide the necessary finance to then obtain all permits obtain pre sales and start the marketing of the condo units.

Once pre sales are obtained a construction loan will be obtained from a main stream lender to construct the building.

Your shares will be secured on the property at all times and will be paid out once the condos complete, this will be an average of 18/20 months from start.

Your shares will be paid out after the construction loan has been paid, but before any amounts the developer receives.

Your shares will obtain an interest of 10% per annum, interest being accrued and paid out when your shares are purchased back from the sales of the condos.
