Project Logistics Coordinator (International Operations)

Location: Calgary, AB (Remote coordination with overseas project sites)
Wage: $ 36.00 to 38.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

As part of our international expansion, we manage complex overseas projects that require precise coordination of personnel, materials, schedules, and documentation across borders and time zones.
Job Duties:
1. Coordinate the deployment and scheduling of personnel assigned to overseas project sites to support each project phase.
2. Arrange and manage detailed work schedules, travel logistics, transportation, and accommodation for technical teams to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
3. Monitor project progress by collecting updates from overseas site leads and preparing internal coordination reports to track milestones and identify potential logistical delays.
4. Coordinate with overseas suppliers and subcontractors to synchronize material delivery schedules with construction and installation timelines.
5. Track inventory flow by working with procurement and warehousing teams to confirm that equipment and materials are dispatched and delivered on time.
6. Maintain project logistics documentation and records in accordance with overseas regulatory and operational requirements, including contracts, purchase orders, and acceptance-related records.
7. Support project handover and acceptance processes by acting as a logistics liaison between overseas sites, clients, and internal departments.

Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with overseas project schedules when required.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience
- Experience an asset
Experience supporting overseas or international projects involving cross-border coordination
Language
: English
Strong ability to communicate effectively with overseas project teams and on-site staff who may have limited English proficiency.
Proficiency in Vietnamese is considered an asset, as it supports efficient coordination with local subcontractors and site personnel.
