Frank Driving School Ltd is looking for a full-time, permanent Office Co-ordinator (NOC 1221) to join our team.

Position: Office Co-ordinator (NOC 1221)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (35 to 40 hours per week), Shift, Weekend, Morning, Day, Afternoon
Hourly Wage: $26.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: #101, 2308 Centre St N, Calgary, AB T2E 2T7
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain management databases and records accordingly followed company rules/procedures
• Co-ordinate bookings and schedules for the instructors
• Set up work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Provide and conduct administrative duties for stable business operations such as budgeting, contracting, project/event planning and management processes
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Organize and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update monthly the accounting system accordingly
• Responsible for establishing and reviewing new procedures
• Maintain inventory, manage office supplies and place orders
• Prepare regular and special reports and correspondence (letters, emails, faxes, etc.)
• May train/supervise administrative assistants

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required; University degree or college diploma in business or administration is preferred.
• Previous work experience in an office environment
• Strong organization and great written and oral communication skills
• Well organized, Dependability, Effective interpersonal skills
• Team player – positive, reliable and motivated
• Time management
• Security and safety: basic security clearance
