Duties:
• Plant seeds and seedlings in trays, pots, or soil beds
• Water, fertilize, prune, and trim plants as required
• Monitor plant health and report signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
• Remove pests and assist with disease management following farm procedures
• Operate, clean, and maintain greenhouse tools and equipment
• Regulate greenhouse conditions such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation
• Harvest fruits, vegetables, flowers, and other crops
• Sort, prepare, and package plants or harvested products for shipment
• Assist with the propagation, maintenance, and care of flowers, nursery-grown trees, and seasonal plants
• Support the growth of various agricultural commodities depending on the season (e.g., fruits, vegetables, flowers, nursery trees, Christmas trees)
