Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing holes or cracks
Apply paint or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths, tape, and plastic coverings
Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner
Follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
Move ladders, paint cans and other painting equipment
Clean, maintain, and properly store tools, equipment and work areas
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Desired Qualifications:
Access to reliable transportation to and from various job site locations (preferably a personal vehicle)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Physical stamina and agility to endure extended periods of standing, lifting and working at heights
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results for customers
Reliable, punctual, and driven, with excellent time management skills
Previous painting experience is advantageous, but not required
