In my 40s, self-employed, non-smoker, no pets, quiet, respectful. Will be moving on my own.
I’ve lived in my current apartment since 2016, and prior to that lived in another building for 6 years (only moved because the owner was selling). In other words, I’m a long-term tenant and looking for the same kind of stability in Calgary. Just simply want to love my space and stay there...
Looking for:
* TOWNHOME OR APT ONLY
* NW or SW Calgary
* New or newer 2-bedroom - NOT older than 10 years
* Minimum 800 sq ft - the more the better (900+ would be ideal)
* In-suite laundry a must (NOT shared)
* No carpet
* No basement suites or main floors of homes
* Decent size parking space if indoors - not the type where a car barely fits between the lines or that you have to always fear the person beside you will hit you lol
* Concrete or well sound-proofed building preferred (not interested in hearing barking dogs all day :)
Flexible on timing - looking for the right fit anytime between August and October.
I take excellent care of where I live and would treat YOUR home with respect.
