This is not a regular chair-style stairlift! See pictures and specs. A platform stairlift allows the occupied wheelchair to roll onto a platform which carries the wheelchair and passenger up the stairs without being transferred out of the wheelchair. Wheel on wheel off and folds up when not in use, so that the stairs can be used by the rest of the family as usual. Saves the caregiver's back. https://www.101mobility.com/products/atlas-ac-105-ipl/ It is brand new and was never used as the person it was custom built for passed away before the stairlift was fully installed. Quite rare and not found locally. If you qualify for RAMP they will pay $11, 000 toward the project, and if you qualify for Easter Seals, they will also give a $5000 grant on top of the RAMP funding. National Seating and Mobility did the installation, and they will uninstall it for $1500 and reinstall it in your home for $3000. Asking $23,000 OBO.
