• Reports to Chef and Assistant Chef
• Ensure quality of food is up to standard
• Responsible for performance management of team
• Assists in preparation of schedule
• Ensure FIFO process is followed
• Assists in the management of kitchen is absence of chef or assistant chef
• Assists in the preparation of the budget
• Maintains clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements:
