- Be knowledgeable of all food items on the menu
- Deliver food orders in a timely manner for both take-out and dine-in patrons
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Make sure the station is stocked before and after shift
- Monitor cleanliness of the serving area
- Be able to make Japanese cuisine is an asset
