I work full-time, have a young kid, and still train regularly. I’m not trying to be perfect—I just focus on staying consistent and making things work in real life, and for my family :).

2) keep things simple (no fluff or overcomplicated programs)
3) check in weekly and adjust things when life gets busy
4) give practical nutrition guidance without extremes
This is built for real people balancing work, family, and life—not hardcore bodybuilding or influencer-style programs.
*This is all online, so it works best if you’re comfortable training on your own or following a plan without needing constant supervision.
A bit about me:
-UBC Kinesiology Grad
-ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP).
-ACSM Exercise Physiologist (EP-C).
-NASM Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
-Nationally qualified Olympic weightlifter (2023) & powerlifter (2017).
-Green belt in judo (started in my 30s after becoming a dad-so I understand the challenges).
-Worked as a cardiac rehab exercise specialist at Vancouver General Hospital and other rehab centers for over 4 years.
-Coached a 70+age category female national record holder (Current) in Olympic weightlifting in Canada.
-Over 10 years of personal training, physical rehab for youth, adults, and seniors.
Right now I’m just working with a small number of people on the side, so I’m keeping it pretty affordable.
Pricing is usually around $80–120/month depending on what you need.
