I have the mechanical fitness assessment from shortly before I purchased it. The assessment is dated Oct. 17, 2024, and I purchased the vehicle on Nov. 27, 2024. It’s not a current inspection, but I’ve only put about 6,000 km on it since purchase. At that time, it noted tires at 6 mm, front brakes at 7 mm, and rear brakes at 4 mm.
Note for transparency: the low tire alert has been on since I purchased the vehicle. I’ve had the tires checked at three different places, and none found an issue with the tires or an active leak, so it may be related to the TPMS sensor/system rather than the tires themselves.
