WeDoLaundry is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Store Supervisor & Pickup/Delivery Driver to join our Calgary team. This is a unique role perfect for a "people person" who enjoys a mix of managing operations and being out on the road.
You will be the face of our local operations—ensuring the store runs smoothly, inventory is stocked, and our customers receive their laundry on time with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Oversee daily laundry processing, maintain a clean and organized facility, and ensure high-quality standards for all orders.
Inventory Management: Track supplies (detergents, packaging, etc.) and coordinate restock orders to ensure zero downtime.
Logistics (Pickup & Delivery): Navigate Calgary routes efficiently to collect and drop off customer orders during shift hours.
Customer Excellence: Build rapport with clients, handle inquiries with professionalism, and actively encourage happy customers to leave online reviews to help grow our local presence.
Requirements:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a knack for customer service.
Availability: Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. (Weekends are optional/extra).
Reliable Vehicle: Currently requires a personal vehicle for deliveries (mileage will be reimbursed).
License: Valid Alberta Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Physically Active: Able to lift and carry laundry bags (up to 30-40 lbs).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation and order management.
