Residential Rental Application (RRA): Potential Tenant is required to fill out, sign, and submit to the Landlord the RRA. Once the Landlord has initially reviewed the RRA, Landlord will advise PT to submit to the Landlord those required documents stipulated on the RRS within four (4) days. If PT failed to submit those required documents to the Landlord … PT is considered as non-serious rental seeker.
Security Deposit (SD): It is equal to one month of rental fee.
Advance Monthly Rental Fee (AMRF): Once the Potential Tenant (PT) agrees to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement (RTA), PT is required to pay the Security Deposit and AMRF (in cash or e-transfer), Landlord will issue Acknowledgment Receipt.
Monthly Rental Fee Mode of Payment: Tenant to pay the Landlord through Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). The payment should be deposited to Landlord’s bank account a day before commencement of each rental period. Tenant to provide copy of proof of PAD Statement to the Landlord 7 days prior to move-in date to the rental property.
Content Personal Insurance: Tenant to pay ( recommended to get it from AMA Insurance Inc.). Tenant to provide Landlord copy of proof of Content Insurance 7 days prior to move-in date to the rental property.
